These terms apply to the current Dink AI website, waitlist, and any pre-release product access made available as of August 23, 2026.

Pre-release service

Dink AI is in development. Features, analysis quality, supported devices, launch timing, and availability may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a release date, a price, or a particular feature.

Your content and permissions

You must have the right to upload or submit any footage, image, question, or other material you provide. Do not submit another person's private footage without permission, unlawful content, account credentials, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for pickleball coaching.

Coaching limitations

AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect and should be treated as informational training guidance. Dink AI is not a substitute for a qualified coach, medical professional, or safety assessment. Stop an activity and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience pain, injury, or a safety concern.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious inputs, overload the APIs, scrape personal information, or use Dink AI in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Availability and changes

The website and pre-release features are provided on an as-available basis. Dink AI may change, suspend, or discontinue them while the product is being developed. Production terms, billing conditions, and a verified support channel will be published before paid or generally available service begins.
